Information we collect
The free waitlist collects a name, email address, audience type, approximate quantity of interest, product interest, consent choice, and submission time. A Founding Partner inquiry may also collect an organization, professional role, intended use, partnership interest, and whether the organization is interested in possible website recognition.
If VIP checkout is available, Stripe collects payment and billing information on its hosted checkout. PenFusion receives transaction details needed to verify the payment, including the customer email, optional name, Checkout Session ID, amount, currency, payment date, consent status, and VIP status. PenFusion does not receive or store full card numbers.
The site may also record limited technical and campaign information such as page path, referrer, and UTM campaign parameters. It does not intentionally collect sensitive medical records.
How we use information
- Provide the free waitlist, VIP benefits, and responses to partner inquiries.
- Send launch notices and occasional product updates to people who consent.
- Verify payments, prevent duplicate VIP records, and protect restricted VIP content.
- Understand audience needs, likely quantities, and campaign performance.
- Detect misuse, troubleshoot errors, maintain records, and comply with law.
Service providers and disclosures
PenFusion uses service providers to operate the website and forms. These may include ChatGPT Sites or its hosting infrastructure, SheetDB and Google Sheets for waitlist records, Stripe for hosted payments, and Discord for the private VIP community. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect rights and safety.
PenFusion does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If those practices change, this policy and any legally required choices will be updated before the change.
Cookies, analytics, and Do Not Track
The current prelaunch site uses limited first-party functionality and campaign parameters. It does not currently use advertising cookies. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not a uniform legal standard; because PenFusion does not currently use cross-site behavioral advertising, it does not alter site behavior in response to those signals. If optional analytics or advertising tools are added, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated first.
Email choices
Waitlist and marketing emails are sent only after affirmative consent. Every commercial email should identify the sender, include a working unsubscribe method, and include the sender’s valid postal address. Unsubscribe requests will be honored, although transactional messages directly connected to a payment or inquiry may still be sent when appropriate.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal and accounting obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Safeguards include server-side validation, restricted database access, hosted Stripe checkout, environment-managed secrets, signed-webhook verification, duplicate-payment controls, and limited disclosure of VIP content. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The website is intended for adults, including parents, caregivers, educators, professionals, and adult supporters. It is not directed to children under 13, and PenFusion does not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13. A parent, guardian, school, or professional should submit an inquiry on a child’s behalf.
Your privacy choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, or withdraw email consent, subject to identity verification and applicable exceptions. The Privacy Policy link remains conspicuously available in the site footer. Depending on where you live and whether a law applies to PenFusion, you may have additional rights.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Privacy requests and other questions can be sent to penfusionofficial@gmail.com or initiated through the Contact / partnerships option on the main website. Do not send medical records, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, or other sensitive information.
