You may browse the site without creating an account. By submitting information, you represent that it is accurate and that you have authority to provide it. A person making a VIP purchase must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement, or act through an authorized adult.

PenFusion remains under development. Design, materials, sizing, compatibility, manufacturing, timing, campaign details, pricing, and availability may change. Website content does not promise that PenFusion or a Kickstarter campaign will launch, fund, manufacture, or fulfill.

PenFusion is presented as a writing-support product, not a medical device. This site does not provide medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or other professional advice, and PenFusion is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a condition. Individual experiences may vary. Consult an appropriate qualified professional for personal medical or therapeutic decisions.

Joining the free waitlist does not create a purchase, reservation, pledge, or guarantee of availability. A Founding Partner inquiry does not create a supply, testing, endorsement, or professional-services agreement. Any future arrangement must be confirmed separately in writing.

If checkout is available, the separate VIP Terms & Refund Policy governs the one-time $1 VIP fee. VIP access is not a preorder, product purchase, Kickstarter pledge, donation, investment, or reservation of a manufactured unit. A separate Kickstarter pledge will be needed to select a future campaign reward.

You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, probe or bypass security, submit unlawful or misleading information, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that burdens it, overload forms or APIs, or use site content in violation of intellectual-property or privacy rights.

The PenFusion name, product design, photographs, copy, graphics, and other site materials are owned by PenFusion or used with permission. You receive only a limited, revocable right to view and use the site for its intended personal or business-inquiry purpose. No other license is granted.

If you voluntarily provide product feedback, PenFusion may use it to improve the product. PenFusion will not publish an identifiable testimonial, professional endorsement, or photograph as an endorsement without appropriate permission. Development testing does not itself imply clinical validation or endorsement.

The site may link to Stripe, Discord, Kickstarter, SheetDB, Google, or other third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies govern their services. A link does not imply endorsement, and PenFusion is not responsible for third-party availability or conduct beyond what applicable law requires.

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, PenFusion does not warrant that content will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, PenFusion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising solely from use of this prelaunch site. Nothing here limits consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Access may be limited or suspended to protect the site or enforce these terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised date. These terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of California, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before public launch, the site owner should have qualified counsel review formal notice and dispute provisions.
