Eligibility and agreement
The purchaser must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement, or complete the purchase through an authorized adult. Stripe Checkout requires acceptance of the applicable terms before payment. Providing an email address is required so PenFusion can deliver VIP access and launch information.
What the $1 fee provides
The one-time $1 fee unlocks PenFusion’s biggest planned Kickstarter launch discount, access to a private VIP-only Kickstarter Secret Reward priced below the standard public launch rewards, the lowest PenFusion price offered during the Kickstarter launch, first launch notification, selected behind-the-scenes updates, and access to the private PenFusion VIP Discord after verified payment.
What the fee is not
The fee is not a PenFusion preorder, product purchase, Kickstarter pledge, donation, investment, deposit, or reservation of a manufactured unit. A separate pledge through the future private Kickstarter reward will be required to purchase or select a campaign reward.
Kickstarter and availability
VIP status does not guarantee that the campaign will launch, reach its funding goal, manufacture successfully, have unlimited reward availability, or fulfill on a particular date. Final product, reward, delivery, risk, and campaign terms will be stated on Kickstarter.
Payment and verification
Stripe processes the one-time payment on its hosted checkout. PenFusion does not store full card details. VIP status and protected Discord access are provided only after the server verifies a paid Checkout Session for exactly $1.00 USD, quantity one, and the configured PenFusion VIP product. Failed, incomplete, canceled, mismatched, or unverifiable payments do not unlock VIP content.
Refund policy
The $1 fee will be refunded if the PenFusion relaunch is canceled or launches but does not reach its Kickstarter funding goal. If the campaign launches and the member chooses not to pledge or use the VIP offer, the fee is not refundable except where required by law. Refunds are returned to the original payment method when practicable.

Communications
Operational messages needed to confirm payment, provide VIP benefits, or administer a refund may be sent regardless of optional marketing consent. Marketing and launch emails require the consent collected at checkout and may be unsubscribed from. Members are responsible for keeping their email address usable and checking filtered or spam folders.
Discord and private links
The Discord invite and future private Kickstarter reward link are for verified VIP members. Members should not publish or redistribute them. Discord and Kickstarter are independent services governed by their own terms. PenFusion may replace a leaked invite or remove community access for abuse, harassment, illegal activity, or attempts to compromise the community.
Duplicate purchases and records
Quantity is locked to one. PenFusion may decline or refund duplicate payments associated with the same person or email. Stripe Checkout Session IDs and webhook event IDs are used to prevent duplicate processing and maintain an accurate VIP record.
Changes and consumer rights
PenFusion will not materially reduce paid benefits without notice and a remedy consistent with applicable law. Nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot legally be waived. Questions about these terms can be sent to penfusionofficial@gmail.com.
